Cooking Ghanaian Style

I am so excited! I found a market in Boston that had Ghanaian food including fresh produce!
I had so much fun making my discoveries and purchases. I bought yam, plantain, pepe and palmnut oil!Now to try my hand at the cooking part. I will let you know how it goes.
